C O L L E G E O F PHARMACY ADVISORY COMMITTEE (28) The Dean of the College of Pharmacy recommends the following appointments to the College of Pharmacy Advisory Committee: GERM.D A. INCLXHAFT, Director of Personnel of the Walgreen Company, 660 Grove Street, Glencoe, Illinois, for a term ending June 30, 1965. ROBERT A. HARDT, President of Armour Pharmaceutical Company, 1242 West Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, Illinois, for a term ending June 30, 1964. Mr. Inglehart will replace Mr. E. A, Kamerer of Champaign and Mr. H a r d t will replace Mr. Paul Freeman of Franklin Park, whose terms expired June 30, 1960. The other members of the Committee whose terms have not expired are: FRED B. KIENZLE, Chairman, Midwest District Vice-President, McKesson and Robbins, Inc., 540 West Randolph Street, Chicago, Illinois. Term expires June 30 1961. REED G. HENNINGER, 3 Longcommon Road, Riverside, Illinois, T e r m expires June 30, 1962. GEORGE E. PARKS, 206 South Main Street, Anna, Illinois. Term expires June 30, 1963. I concur.

On motion of Mr. Swain, these appointments were approved.

BUILDING PROGRAM FOR 1 6 6 1 - 6 3 ( » ) The University's Building P r o gram Committee has recommended some changes in the building program for 1961-63 since its adoption by the Board of Trustees on July 26, I960. At the request of President Henry, Director C. S. Havens presented the Committee's recommendations. The University Building Program Committee reports that since its recom™-n<5ations were submitted to and a p p r o v e d b y t h e Board of Trustees on July 26, I960, the following developments will require increasing the recommendations of the Committee if these programs are to be undertaken: 1- Construction of a Materials Research Project by the Atomic Energy Commission. Although the building will be constrncted by the Commission, the University will have to assume the following increased costs: a- Increase in the utilities distribution system and power plant — $483,000. The University will be required to divert the existing utilities around the site, plus the extension of utility services (steam, electrical, storm sewer,
