CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW STEAM SERVICE TO PERSONNEL SERVICES BUILDING, URBANA (15) The Director of the Physical Plant and the Vice-President and Comptroller recommend award of a contract for $18,970 to The Nu-Way Contracting Corp., Chicago, the lowest bidder, for the provision of steam service to the Personnel Services Building, Urbana-Champaign campus. Funds are available in state capital appropriations to the University for 1967-69 and have been released. I concur. O n m o t i o n of M r . CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES, CHICAGO CIRCLE (16) T h e Vice-President and Comptroller recommends award of a contract to Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Chicago, for design services, including layout, selection of materials and fabrications for general and special equipment for Behavioral Sciences Center, Site 2, Phase I I I , Chicago Circle. The fee will be based on timecard charges at the firm's usual and customary hourly rates, plus 150 per cent to cover overhead and profit. The estimated total expenditure is not to exceed $67,000. Funds are available in state capital appropriations to the University for 1967-69, subject to release by the Governor. The Director of the Physical Plant concurs in this recommendation. I concur.
