On motion of Mr. Swain, these recommendations were approved by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Clement, Mr. Grimes, Mr. Hahn, Mr. Hughes, Mr. Johnston, Mr. Jones, Mr. Page, Mr. Pogue, Mr. Swain; no, none; absent, Governor Kerner, Dr. Weatherly.
