It is further recommended that all contracts other than the general contract be assigned to the contractor for general work, making the total of his contract price $243,484. It is also further recommended that an agreement be entered into with Mutual Contracting Company for the assignment of these other contracts for $4,103, which amount is included in the contract price, being the amount bid by that Company for supervision of other contracts assigned to the general contractor. The work provides for the remodeling of the second and third floors of the Sangamon Street Building, and includes new lighting, air conditioning, and laboratory equipment. The remainder of the funds needed for this work was appropriated by the Board on July 27, 1966. Submitted herewith is the schedule of bids received, a copy of which is being filed with the Secretary of the Board for record. I concur.
