I recommend that these appointments to the summer quarter staff at the Medical Center and at Chicago Circle be approved as submitted, and that the President of the University be authorized to accept resignations and make such changes and adjustments and additional appointments as are necessary in accordance with the needs of the University within the allocations of funds indicated.
