B U S I N E S S P R E S E N T E D BY T H E P R E S I D E N T O F T H E U N I V E R S I T Y HOUSING REVENUE BONDS OF 1 9 6 6 , SERIES A AND B (26) Bids were received at 11:00 a.m. March 14, for the sale of $520,000 Housing Revenue Bonds of 1966, Series A, and $2,100,000 Housing Revenue Bonds of 1966, Series B, to finance construction of the Orchard Apartments, Phase 4. The Vice-President and Comptroller recommends that the Series A Bonds be sold to White, Weld & Co. at a price of $515,045.67 plus accrued interest from April 1, 1967, and at an effective interest rate of 4.00197 per cent, which represents the lowest interest cost to the University. A tabulation of the bids received is being filed with the Secretary of the Board for record. In accordance with the provisions of the Loan Agreement approved by the Board on February 9, the Vice-President and Comptroller recommends that $2,100,000 Series B Bonds be sold to the Department of Housing and Urban Affairs
