Educational Grants Fund The Board of Trustees has established this fund and has authorized the President to make assignments from it for nonrecurring educational purposes. The income is grants from foundations, business and industrial corporations to the University in recognition of the educational costs involved in accepting fellowships and scholarships, and of the service expense in administration of research grants.
