BOARD OF TRUSTEES

WHEREAS, it is the sense of the governing body of the Applicant that it is desirable to apply for a supplemental grant under the aforementioned act for the project described as follows: Construction of Psychology Laboratory at Urbana-Champaign Now, therefore, be it Resolved, that a supplementary application for the project described above is authorized and directed to be filed with the Illinois Board of Higher Education, with the understanding that if upon due consideration by said board, applying the criteria of the State plan, said application receives a priority rating sufficiently high to receive grant funds under the aforementioned act, said supplementary application will be forwarded to the U.S. Commissioner of Education for consideration for his approval; and be it further Resolved, that The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois designates H . O. Farber, Comptroller, as the officer authorized to file the supplementary application and act as the representative of this Board in connection with said supplementary application.
