the Secretary of this public Corporation be, and they hereby are, authorized to execute, acknowledge, and deliver in the name and on behalf of this Corporation such instruments of conveyance, contract, or other document or documents as to them may seem necessary or desirable in order to grant to the Illinois Power Company, an Illinois Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee," its successors and assigns, the right and permission to connect to the South Campus Electric Substation its presently existing 69 K V electric transmission line which extends along the Northerly line of the existing roadway of Windsor Road and is located approximately 33 feet South of and extending parallel with the South line of said substation site, which transmission line eventually must be rearranged and relocated to accommodate the future improvement and widening of Windsor Road, and which substation site is described as : That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter ( S W V4 S E V4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Nineteen North ( T 19 N ) , Range Nine East (R 9 E ) of the Third Principal Meridian (3rd P.M.), more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is sixty (60) feet North and fifty (SO) feet West of the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter ( S W V4 S E Vi), proceed West parallel with the South line of said Section Nineteen (19), a distance of 220 feet; thence North, perpendicular to said Section line, 160 feet; thence East, parallel with said Section line, 220 feet; thence South, perpendicular to said Section line, 160 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.808 acres, more or less. The right and permission to connect said electric transmission line to said substation shall be only until such time as Windsor Road is so widened and improved and other provisions are made to connect said transmission line with said substation in conjunction with such improvement and shall be to permit Grantee t o : ( a ) install and maintain two (2) poles in said transmission line at points 167 feet and 181 feet West of the East line of the aforesaid Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; and ( b ) extend electric conductors Northerly from said poles to and from the substation as required from time to time; and ( c ) extend overhead guy wires Southerly from each of said poles to one (1) stub pole located about one (1) foot South to the South right-of-way line of the existing Windsor Road; and ( d ) extend downguys Southerly from said stub pole to one (1) anchor a distance not to exceed twenty (20) feet from the base of said stub pole. T h e rights and permit granted to be limited to the extent that this public Corporation has the present right and capacity to grant the same. Grantee shall have the right to clear and remove any obstacles or obstructions on the permit area as may be required to provide necessary clearance. Grantee shall agree to repair any damage caused to property of this Corporation or pay any damages which may be caused to property of this Corporation in the process of construction, reconstruction, or maintenance of said line, and to indemnify this Corporation and its representatives from liability in connection with Grantee's activities. Upon termination of the permit, Grantee shall peaceably surrender possession of said premises to this Corporation and full and complete title then shall remain in this Corporation free and clear of said permit and without necessity of re-entry or demand. EMPLOYMENT OF PROGRAM PLANNING CONSULTANTS, MEDICAL CENTER (20) T h e Chancellor at the Medical Center campus, with the concurrence of other administrative officers there, recommends further employment of Lester Gorsline Associates, Belvedere-Tiburon, California, for consulting services supplementary to those provided under an earlier contract as Phase I in program planning for improved facilities for the University of Illinois Hospital.
