AUTHORIZATION FOR PURCHASE OF W1NSH1P FARM FOR WIULARD AIRPORT (33) The Winship farm which is adjacent to the Willard Airport west of Savoy has been offered to the University at a price of $1,000 per acre. It is contemplated that this land will be needed for future expansion of the airport and related facilities.
