to as "Grantee," its successors and assigns, the right and easement to construct, reconstruct, operate, repair, and maintain its sanitary sewer and appurtenances under certain lands hereinafter described and the right of ingress to and egress therefrom; the rights and easement granted to be limited to the extent that this public Corporation has the present right and capacity to grant the same. Grantee shall have the right to clear and remove any obstacles or obstructions on the easement tract as may be required to provide necessary clearance. Grantee shall agree to repair any damage caused to property of this Corporation or pay any damages which may be caused to property of this Corporation in the process of construction, reconstruction, or maintenance of said sanitary sewer, and to indemnify this Corporation and its representatives from liability in connection with Grantee's activities. T h e sanitary sewer easement shall remain in full force and effect from the date granted and for so long thereafter as said sanitary sewer is continued in service and has not been abandoned and discontinued. Upon termination of the easement Grantee shall peaceably surrender possession of said premises to this Corporation and full and complete title then shall remain in this Corporation free and clear of said easement and without necessity of re-entry or demand. T h e sanitary sewer easement shall be over the followingdescribed property: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 19 North, Range 9 E a s t ; thence S 0° 35' 45" E along the East line of the West Half of said Section 29, 2652.54 feet; thence S 51° 19' 58" W, 41.90 feet to the West right-of-way line of Race Street, said point being the true place of beginning; thence S 51° 19' 58" W, 303.39 feet; thence S 2° 05' 23" W, 400.00 feet; thence S 26° W 50" E, 521.19 feet, more or less, to the West right-of-way line of Race Street, Also, a temporary easement of 70 feet in width lying 20 feet on one side of the above described centerline and 50 feet on the other side of the above described centerline all as shown on the attached plat and containing 1.97 acres, more or less, all situated in Champaign County, Illinois.

On motion of Mr. Grimes, the foregoing resolution was adopted by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Clement, Mr. Grimes, Mr. Hahn, Mr. Hughes, Mr. Pogue, Mr. Swain; no, none; absent, Mr. Jones, Governor Ogilvie, Mr. Page, Mr. Steger, Mr. Stone.

EASEMENT TO GENERAL. TELEPHONE COMPANY OF ILLINOIS (15) T h e Vice President and Comptroller recommends that the General Telephone Company of Illinois be granted an easement for the installation of an additional underground telephone cable over the road right-of-way only and bordering Allerton Trust Farm land in Piatt County, and that the following resolution be adopted. I concur. Resolution G r a n t i n g E a s e m e n t Over Road R i g h t - o f - W a y O n l y and B o r d e r i n g A l l e r t o n T r u s t F a r m L a n d in Section 4 P i a t t County, Illinois Be It and It Hereby Is Resolved by T h e Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a public corporation of the State of Illinois, that the Comptroller and the Secretary of this corporation be, and they hereby are, authorized to execute, acknowledge, and deliver in the name and on behalf of this corporation such instruments of conveyance, contract or other document or documents as to them may seem necessary or desirable in order to grant to General Telephone Company of Illinois, an Illinois corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Company," its successors and assigns, the right and easement to construct, operate, patrol and maintain additional underground communication lines including the necessary underground cables, wires, conduits, splicing boxes, surface terminals, markers and appurtenances upon, over and across the land hereinafter specifically described which land is included in the public highway, to form a part of a communication system to be owned by the said Company in Piatt County, Illinois, to other lands and structures located beyond the lands herein-
