SECOND AMENDMENT TO GRANT AGREEMENT

University of Illinois-Willard Airport Champaign-Urbana, Illinois Project No. 9-11-026-C404 Contract Serial No. FA-CE-2919 WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the " F A A " ) , has determined that, in the interests of the United States, the Grant Agreement relating to the above-numbered project between the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, acting for and on behalf of the United States of America, and The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, and the State of Illinois, Department of Aeronautics, Co-Sponsors (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor"), accepted by the Sponsor on 26 February 1964, as amended by the First Amendment to Grant Agreement, executed as of 28 June 1967, should be further amended as hereinafter provided; and WHEREAS, it has been determined necessary to revise the description of the development under the project so as to delete installation of perimeter fencing on ALS site and to reduce the maximum obligation of the United States from $69,943.00 to $68,443.00. Now, Therefore, Witnesseth, That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the F A A , acting for and on behalf of the United States of America, on the one part, and the Sponsor, on the other part, do hereby mutually agree that the said Grant Agreement be and hereby is amended by : 1. Deletion from the project description appearing on Page 1 — Offer of the item, "install perimeter fencing on A L S site." 2. Deletion in numbered Paragraph 1 appearing on Page 2 of Part 1 — Offer of the monetary amount, "$69,943.00", and substitution therefor of the monetary amount, "$68,443.00". 3. Deletion in its entirety of renumbered Paragraph 16 appearing on Page 7 of Part I — Offer.
