LEASES WITH THE ILLINOIS BUILDING AUTHORITY FOR PROJECTS IN FISCAL YEAR 19 7 0 (9) The Seventy-sixth General Assembly declared certain buildings and projects for the University of Illinois at the Chicago Circle and Urbana campuses to be in the public interest, thereby indicating the funding of these projects could be accomplished by the Illinois Building Authority.
