An increase in the nonrefundable charge from $36.00 to $38.00 in a semester or twelve-week term, and from $26.00 to $28.00 in an eight-week summer session in cases of withdrawal from the University. STUDENT INSURANCE PROGRAM (23) The current student health insurance contract was approved by the Board on June 19, 1968, and is underwritten by the Continental Assurance Company, Chicago. It is recommended that the contract be continued for the 1969-70 academic year for all campuses. T h e benefits and premiums will be the same as the current contract with the exception of the following increase in benefits and premiums which have been recommended for the Urbana-Champaign campus only. The insurance company will pay : Prescribed Drugs and Medicine — 80 per cent of the expense for drugs and medicines requiring the written prescription of a physician and which must be dispensed by a licensed pharmacist. Maximum benefit of $50 per semester. Dental Insurance — 50 per cent of the expense for fillings and extractions only. The benefit payment is limited to $10 per visit and a maximum of five visits per semester. Urbana-Champaign Campus Premium Payments Amounts to be Paid to Insurance Company by Insured Per Semester Per Semester Proposed (Current) Proposed (Current) Student 9.27 (8.05) 10.00* (8.50)* Spouse 14.30 (12.48) 15.00 (13.00) Child 9.65 (8.89) 10.00 (9.00) The recommended changes in benefits and premiums for the Urbana-Champaign campus are based upon the recommendation of the Health Service Student Advisory Committee, the Executive Committee of the Graduate Student Association, and the Executive Committee of the Undergraduate Student Association and are supported by the Chancellor of the Urbana-Champaign campus. The University Committee on Fees and the Vice-President and Comptroller concur' in these recommendations. I concur.

On motion of Mr. Hahn, this recommendation was approved.

FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION GRANT FORTAX1WAY LIGHTS AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AT UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS-WILLARD AIRPORT (24) The President of the University, with the concurrence of appropriate administrative officers, recommends the adoption of the following resolution for acceptance of a grant of $37,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration for the installation of taxiway lights and taxiway guidance signs on parallel taxiway system serving Runway 13/31, including vault equipment. (This grant is designated as Illinois Project 69A-11-471, F A A Project 9-11-026-C907.)
