Title to and possession of this land will be delivered to the University as soon as the few remaining occupants are relocated. This project is one which the Board of Trustees requested the Illinois Building Authority to provide in the 1967-69 capital program. The Illinois Building Authority plans to sell bonds in the near future and in order that this project can be included in the projects to be financed by the sale of these bonds, the Authority has requested the Board of Trustees to transfer jurisdiction of the land on which the building will be constructed. Accordingly, the President of the University, with the concurrence of appropriate administrative officers, recommends that the Comptroller and the Secretary of the Board be authorized to make, execute, acknowledge, and deliver such instruments as are necessary to complete this transfer when title and possession are delivered to the University. Adoption of the resolution submitted herewith is required to implement the above. day of Notary Public A.D.,
