Nonacademic Appointment The Director of Nonacademic Personnel reports the following appointment to a supervisory position of upper level responsibility. 1. MARY Lou VAN DYKE, Dietitian in the Dietary Department, Chicago Professional Colleges, at an annual salary of $4,920, effective December 1, 1958. On motion of M r . H u g h e s , these appointments were confirmed.

(4) A special Committee appointed to direct planning in instructional television at the University and the Vice-President and Provost recommend the appointment of Charles J. Mclntyre, presently Chief of the Instructional Procedures and Evaluation Branch of the Education Division in the Office of Armed Forces of the Department of Defense, as Coordinator of Instructional Television with the rank of Associate Professor beginning July 1, 1959, at an annual salary of $14,500 (AY). He will be assigned to the office of the Vice-President and Provost. I concur. On motion of M r . H u g h e s , this appointment w a s approved.
