REPORT O F EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ON CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES O N C O N S T R U C T I O N O F PARKING FACILITIES (26) Upon recommendation of the Director of the Physical Plant, the VicePresident and Comptroller, and the President of the University, the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees has authorized a contract with Clark, Daily, and Dietz, Urbana, for engineering services in the preparation of plans and specifications for the new, permanent parking areas for faculty and staff, and parking compounds for storage of student automobiles, construction of which was previously authorized by the Board of Trustees. T h e amount of the contract was negotiated on a lump sum basis. The rates to be charged are in accordance with the schedule of recommended fees for engineering services adopted by the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers. The contract provides for percentages based
