CONTRACT FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION T O SERVE ORCHARD PLACE APARTMENTS AREA

(7) The Director of the Physical Plant and the Vice-President and Comptroller recommend award of a contract for $9,989 to Illiana Construction Company, Inc., Urbana, the lowest bidder, for the construction of a new storm sewer connection from the south end of the Orchard Place Apartments area to the Race Street storm sewer. Funds are available in the construction account for this housing project. I concur. O n motion of Mr. Herrick, this contract was awarded by the folowing vote: Aye, Mr. Clement, M r . Harewood, M r .
