SALE OF LAND TO ALPHA GAMMA RHO AND DELTA CHI FRATERNITIES (26) The Committee on Buildings and Grounds has approved the sale of two tracts of University land adjoining the properties of the Alpha Gamma Rho and the Delta Chi fraternities in the block bounded by Armory Avenue on the north, First Street on the east, Gregory Drive on the south, and Oak Street on the west in the city of Champaign to permit remodeling and expansion of their houses.
