Cleary, 310 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, at 3:30 p.m. (Central Daylight Saving Time) on Friday, June 7, 1940. Mr. Harold Pogue, Chairman, and Mrs. Glenn E. Plumb and Mr. James M. Cleary, members of the Executive Committee, were present; also President A. C. Willard, Mr. C. S. Havens, Director of the Physical Plant Department, and Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary of the Board.
