MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS May 28, 1940 With Executive Committee Meetings of May 2 0 and 2 8 and June 7, 1940 The May meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at io o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 1940. The following members were present: President Pogue, Mr. Jensen, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Moschel, Mrs. Plumb. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, and, during part of the day, Judge Sveinbjorn Johnson, University Counsel, and Mr. C. S. Havens, Director of the Physical Plant Department. 935
