Mr. Harold Pogue, Chairman, and Mr. James M. Cleary, member of the Executive Committee, were present; also Mr. O. M. Karraker, Mr. Oscar G. Mayer, and Mr. Louis C. Moschel, members of the Board. President Willard was present; also Mr. Janata, Mr. Morey, and Mr. Havens.
