MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS April 25, 1940 With Executive Committee Meeting of April 2 5 , 1940 The April meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at io o'clock a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 1940. The following members were present: President Pogue, Mr. Cleary, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Karraker, Mr. Mayer, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Moschel. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Professor Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, Judge Sveinbjorn Johnson, University Counsel, Mr. C. S. Havens, Director of the Physical Plant Department, and Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of February 16 and March 14, 1940, and, for record, of a meeting of the Executive Committee March 14, 1940. On motion of Mr. Cleary, the minutes were approved and received for record as printed on pages 735 to 793 above. 795
