1940] UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS 733 Now, therefore, be it resolved, by the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois that the Committee would not be justified, first, in surrendering its rights to do any of its own construction work when the public interest so demands, or, second, in agreeing to give its work to a private contractor with whom the labor organization represented by Mr. Cunningham now has agreements. T h e Chairman announced that the text of this resolution, with an explanatory introductory statement, would be sent to all present at the meeting. T h e Executive Committee adjourned.
