Pulliam, Roscoe, Visiting Professor of Education, in the Summer Session of 1940, beginning June 17, 1940, and ending July 13, 1940, at a cash compensation of five hundred dollars ($500) for the session, which amount is to be paid to the account of the Southern Illinois Normal University, Normal Schools Income Fund. (January 21, 1940) Ramsden, Mrs. Bonnavere W., Stenographer in the Department of Agricultural Economics, in the Extension Service in Agriculture and H o m e Economics, for seven months beginning February 1, 1040, at a cash compensation at the rate of eighty dollars ($80) a month. (January 18, 1940) Robinson, Howard, Visiting Professor of History, in the Summer Session of 1940, beginning June 17, 1940, and ending August 10, 1940, at a cash compensation of eight hundred dollars ($800) for the session. (January 11, 1940) Rust, Gordon Aloney, Assistant in English, on one-third time, for five months beginning February I, 1940, at a cash compensation at the rate of fifty dollars ($50) a month (this supersedes his previous appointment). (January 19, 1940) Smith, Martha Jean, Stenographer in the Department of H o m e Economics, in the Agricultural Experiment Station, for seven months beginning February 1, 1040, at a cash compensation at the rate of ninety dollars ($90) a month. (December 28, 1939) Spadaro, Constance C , Stenographer in the Dispensary, in the College of Medicine, beginning December 23, 1939, and continuing through August 31, 1940, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission, at a cash compensation at the rate of ninety dollars ($90) a month (this supersedes her previous appointment).
