( J a n u a r y 4, 1940) Doyle, Marie, Secretary in the Military Department, beginning January 8, 1040, and continuing through August 31, 1940, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission, at a cash compensation at the rate of one hundred twenty dollars ($120) a month (this supersedes her previous appointment).
