Change Order No. 4, contract with the Wadeford Electric Company for Electrical Work. This change order is to cover any change in construction involved in connection with our memorandum dated June 7, 1939, and your comments dated June 16, 1939, discussing the following paragraphs of the specifications: 32070. The cable trough shall be installed near the bottom of the bus rack so that the cable may be fed directly into the bottom of the pot head mounted in an upright position. Cable at the south end of the bus rack from overhead position shall drop down the rack upright support. The cable entrance shall be sized to fit a four conductor No. 4 A.W.G. 7500 volt v.c. and lead cable. 32076. Transformers shall be conventional type with side mounted pocket bushings on the primary side and stud bushings on the secondary side, instead of the completely self-protecting type. 32079, In the last sentence change "primary" to "secondary." The w a t t hour demand meters shall be rectangular type. 32081. Change the thermal trips specified to instantaneous magnetic trips. 32083. T h e ground connection layout shall be submitted to the Owner for approval and must be approved by him before work is started. 32113. No change. 32211. Disregard the diagram of emergency lighting on sheet EP-8 showing a contactor and marking the emergency lighting panels to be in room No. 118. There is to be no machinery room where shown on sheet HV-14. 32142. Pilot lights may be for either 115 volt or 230 volt as the Contractor desires. The Contractor shall deliver to the Owner two complete sets of replacements for all pilot lamps installed in addition to leaving the installation complete at the end of the job. No Change in Price Change Order No. 5, contract with the Arthur W. Murray Company for Plumbing Work. Furnish and install three slop sinks and all piping, pipe covering, fittings and trimmings; one in each of the following rooms: 117, 204, and 304. These shall be located near Column No. 59. Fixture to be Crane C 21321-CT, Modified 2 2 ' X 2 0 ' Service Sink with Back, C 21420-A, 3 ' trap, standard, Chicago Faucet No. 173, C 21504 Rim Guard. Additional Cost $743 81 Change Order No. 4, contract with Phillips, Getschow Company for Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Work.
