Brewer, Joseph E., Research Assistant in Psychology, on one-half time, for seven months beginning December 1, 1939, at a cash compensation at the rate of sixty dollars ($60) a month. (December 12, 1939)' Goldblatt, Lucille, Junior Stenographer in the Personnel Bureau of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, for nine months beginning December 1, 1939, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission, at a cash compensation at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100) a month. (December 6, 1939) La Brish, Beryl Kathryn, Stenographer in the Graduate School, on threefourths time, for nine months beginning December I, 1939, at a cash compensation at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75) a month.
