(May 16, 1939) Ritcher, A r t h u r Edward, Special Research Assistant in the Agricultural Experiment Station, in cooperation with the State Natural History Survey Division, beginning J u n e I, 1939, and continuing through September 30, 1939, at a cash compensation at the rate of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) a month. (May 24, 1939) Roach, Paul Gordon, Fellow in Chemistry, for ten months beginning September I, 1939, at a stipendium of six hundred dollars ($600).
