PURPOSE

A. T o safeguard the morals, health, finances, and reputation of students by expressly preventing their patronage of vice resorts, such as gambling places, houses of prostitution and of assignation, etc. B. T o observe and supervise, as necessary, those student-community relationships extending beyond the classroom, student living quarters, and organized extra-curricular activities.

PROCEDURE

A. Designation of an individual University staff member as the "authority" for directing necessary investigational work and interviewing students apprehended by University or civil police agencies; to coordinate University and civil agencies responsible for law enforcement and student off-campus behavior.
