Skelton, Robert Franklin, Assistant in Agricultural Engineering, in the College of Agriculture, on one-half time, beginning February I, 1939, and continuing through July 31, 1939, at a cash compensation at the rate of sixty dollars ($60) a month. ( F e b r u a r y 11, 1939) Smith, Guy Donald, Associate in Soil Physics and Soil Survey, in the Department of Agronomy, in the Agricultural Experiment Station, beginning March 16, 1939, and continuing through August 31, 1939, a t a cash compensation at the rate of three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200) a year (this supersedes his previous appointment).
