Alleman, Norville James, Special Research Associate in Engineering Materials, in the Engineering Experiment Station, beginning January 1, 1939, and continuing until further notice, at a cash compensation at the rate of three thousand three hundred dollars ($3,300) a year (this supersedes his previous appointment).
