The Secretary presented for record a list of appointments made by the President of the University.

Albig, John William, Associate Professor of Sociology, on indefinite tenure beginning October 1, 1938, at a cash compensation at the rate of three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200) a year, and Executive .Secretary of the Department of Sociology, beginning October I, 1938, and continuing until further notice, at a cash compensation at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25) a month (this supersedes his previous appointment). (October 19, 1938)' Bell, Alice Margaret, Assistant in the Hospital Laboratory, in the College of Medicine, beginning November 1, 1938, and continuing through August 31, 1939, at a cash compensation at the rate of one hundred ten dollars ($110) a month. (November 17, 1938) Cameron, Paul Elliott, University Junior Accountant in the Purchasing Division of the Business Office, beginning November 1, 1938, and continuing through August 31, 1939, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission, at a cash compensation at the rate of one hundred ten dollars ($110) a month (this supersedes his previous appointment).
