COMMEMORATION OF UNIVERSITY HALL (14) A recommendation that the Physical Plant Department be authorized to have an appropriate plaque designed to be installed in Gregory Hall, indicating that it was constructed to replace University Hall and giving briefly such historical data as are appropriate about the old building. (15) A report from the Director of the Physical Plant Department concerning the offer of the property at 1210 West Green Street, Urbana, for sale to the University. N o a c t i o n w a s t a k e n o n t h i s offer. CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER ON ILLINI UNION BUILDING (16) The following resolution authorizing a change order to provide for relocation of sewer in the diversion of utilities on the Illini Union Building site. Be it resolved, by the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois: 1. T h a t it was deemed advisable, in order to protect two valuable cypress trees, to change slightly the location indicated on the original drawings for the location of the rerouting of the sewer immediately north of the Entomology Building. 2. That it is hereby determined that all data necessary for a comprehensive and intelligent bid, which data prepared and assembled by Ernest L. Stouffer, Architect, are hereby referred to and made a part hereof, were properly submitted to said contractor with the request that such contractor submit a proposal covering such proposed change. 3. T h a t the proposal of said contractor, the General Paving Company, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof, to make the said change and accept therefor an increase in the contract price of $75, be and the same is hereby accepted for and in behalf of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois. 4. T h a t such acceptance of the contractor's proposal shall be in full force and effect when a certified copy of this resolution is sent to the contractor by the architect for this project, and not until then.
