BOARD O F TRUSTEES Contracts for Laboratory Remodeling, College of Medicine East Tower, Chicago

(10) T h e president of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate administrative officers, recommends award of the following contracts to remodel a laboratory on the third floor of the College of Medicine East Tower for the Department of Biological Chemistry. T h e award in each case is to the low base bidder. Funds for this "Renovation for Excellence" project are available in the FY 1984 State appropriated budget of the Physical Plant Department. A team from the Department of Biological Chemistry has been conducting its research in space with inadequate facilities. T h e proposed project will bring the group together in remodeled and equipped space. A schedule of the bids received has been filed with the secretary of the board for record. O n motion of M r .
