ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS January 1 9 , 1 9 8 4 T h e annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in Chicago Room C, Chicago Illini Union, Healdi Sciences Center, Chicago campus, Chicago, Illinois, on Thursday, January 19, 1984, beginning at 8:30 a.m. President William D. Forsyth, Jr., called the meeting to order and asked the secretary to call the roll. T h e following members of the board were present: Mrs. Galey S. Day, Dr. E d m u n d R. Donoghue, Mr. William D. Forsyth, Jr., Mr. Ralph C. H a h n , Mr. George W. Howard I I I , Mr. Dean E. Madden, Mrs. Nina T . Shepherd, M r . Paul Stone. T h e following members of die board were absent: Mr. Albert N . Logan, Governor James R. Thompson. T h e following nonvoting student trustees were present: M r . James B. Bolen, Jr., Chicago campus; M r . Craig Milkint, Urbana-Champaign campus. Also present were President Stanley O. Ikenberry; Dr. Morton W. Weir, vice president for academic affairs; Dr. Donald N . Langenberg, chancellor, University of Illinois at Chicago; Dr. John E. Cribbet, chancellor, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; and the officers of die board, Dr. Craig S.
