168 BOARD OF TRUSTEES Annual Report of the Treasurer (24) In accordance with the Bylaws of the Board of Trustees, the treasurer of the University has submitted a report of receipts and disbursements of University funds in his custody for the period January 1, 1982, to December 31, 1982, certified by the comptroller. A copy of this report was sent to each member of the Board of Trustees prior to the meeting, and a copy is filed with the secretary of the board. This report was received for record. SECRETARY'S REPORT The secretary presented for record appointments to the faculty and changes of status made by the president, resignations and terminations, leaves of absence, and retirements. A copy of the report is filed with the secretary. ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD President Forsyth called attention to the schedule of regular meetings for the next three months: March 17, Chicago (Health Sciences Center); April 21, Urbana-Champaign; May 19, Chicago (University Center).
