It is further recommended that: (1) the contracts for plumbing and electrical work be assigned to the contractor for general work, making the total of its contract $203,691; and (2) an agreement be entered into with Caturfield Builders, Inc. for the assignment of the other contracts. Funds are available in the FY 1983 appropriated funds budget of the Fire Service Institute. A schedule of the bids received has been filed with the secretary of the board for record. Employment of Engineer for Structural Design Upgrade and Rehabilitation Work for Memorial Stadium, Urbana (17) The president of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate administrative officers, recommends the employment of Hanson Engineers, Inc., Springfield, for the professional services required for a structural design upgrade and rehabilitation work for Memorial Stadium. The fee is for services through the receipt of bids based on 5.5 percent of the construction cost (estimated to be $1,017,000) plus reimbursables authorized by the University, the latter estimated to be $2,500. Funds are available in the Auxiliary Facilities System Repair and Replacement Reserve Account. O n motion of Miss Forsyth, this recommendation was approved by the following vote: Aye, Mrs. Day, Dr. Donoghue, Mr. Forsyth, Mr. Howard, Mr. Logan, Mr. M a d d e n , Mr. Stone; no, none; absent, Mrs. Shepherd, Governor Thompson. Morris, Belvidere and Rockton Community Health Centers, College of Medicine (18) The three Community Health Centers of the College of Medicine at Rockford are ambulatory-care facilities which serve a major teaching role for the college. The facilities also meet significant health care needs for the communities in which they are located. The centers are owned by the University of Illinois Foundation and leased by the University from the foundation. The centers are located at Mt. Morris, Belvidere, and Rockton, Illinois.
