574 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [May 8 The contract amount my be increased or reduced based on the number of service calls ordered in accord with unit prices specified in the contract documents. Funds will be included in the Chicago Physical Plant institutional funds budget authoriaztion request to be submitted to the Board of Trustees for FY 1987. The award of the contract is subject to the availability of these funds. A schedule of the bids received has been filed with the secretary of the board for record. Additive Alternate No. 1 is for the purchase and replacement of 1,500 damaged lamp lenses. O n motion of Mr. Howard, this contract was awarded by the following vote: Aye, Mrs. Day, M r . Forsyth, Mrs. Gravenhorst, Mr. H a h n , M r . Howard, M r . Logan, M r . Madden, Mrs. Shepherd, Miss Smith; no, none; absent, Governor Thompson.
