Employment of Architect and Engineer for McKinley Health Center Elevator, Urbana (17) T h e president of the University, with the concurrence of appropriate administrative officers, recommends the employment of Richardson, Severns, Greene, Rishling & Associates, Champaign, to provide the professional architectural and engineering services required in the planning, design, and construction for a project to install an elevator in the McKinley Health Center at the Urbana campus. The firm proposes to undertake the work for a lump sum fee of $24,300 plus reimbursements authorized by the University (estimated to be $2,500). Funds are available from the proceeds of the sale of the University of Illinois Auxiliary Facilities System Revenue Bonds, Series N. Employment of Architects and Engineers, Capital Development Board Projects, Fiscal Year 1980 (18) The president of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate administrative officers, recommends that the Board of Trustees request the Capital Development Board to employ architects and engineers for the capital proj'ects for FY 1980 as listed below. The fee for each firm employed will be negotiated by the Capital Development Board in accordance with its procedures.
