The president of the University, with the concurrence of appropriate administrative officers, recommends the approval of a contract change order with Dubin, Dubin, Black and Moutoussamy for $26,546.59 — the additional costs experienced by the architect's consulting engineers which resulted in subsequent modifications to the original drawings for the Single Student Residence. Funds are available from the proceeds of the sale of University of Illinois Auxiliary Facilities System Revenue Bonds, Series N. (On August 31 and September 7, 1978, bids were received on the revisions to the drawings, and on October 20, 1978, the Board of Trustees approved the award of construction contracts for $7,124,945.) T h e fee for each project will be negotiated in accordance with standard procedures of the Capital Development Board.
