It is further recommended that all contracts other than the contract for general work be assigned to the contractor for that work, and that an agreement be entered into with Walsh Brothers, Inc., Chicago, for the assignment of these other contracts, for which the assignment fee has been included in the base bid. It is also recommended that the services of Dubin, Dubin, Black and Moutoussamy, Chicago, be continued to provide the architectural and engineering services required during the construction phase of the project. T h e fee will be on the basis of a lump sum fee of $67,500 plus authorized reimbursements, the latter estimated to be $15,000. Funds are available from the proceeds of the sale of University of Illinois Auxiliary Facilities System Revenue Bonds, Series N. Amendment to Design/Engineering Services Agreement, Food Service Consultant, Great Circle Hall, Chicago Circle

(22) On January 19, 1977, the Board of Trustees authorized the employment of Fred Schmid Associates, Park Ridge, as a food service consultant to prepare the contract documents necessary to complete the Great Circle Hall and adjacent areas in the Chicago Circle Center as a permanent food service and lounge facility. The contract specified a fee not to exceed $38,500 plus authorized reimbursements. In the development of design and the preparation of drawings for this work, the University staff have determined that the following additional services are needed:
