MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AprU 27, 1938 Executive Committee Meetings of April 27 and May 1 4 , 1 9 3 8 The April meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at io o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 1938. The following members were present: President Mayer, Mr. Adams, Mr. Karraker, Mr. Moschel, Mr. Pogue. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, and Professor Lloyd Morey, Comptroller. As there was no quorum, the Board took a recess. 679
