MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS March 18, 1 9 3 8 The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 18, 1938. The following members were present: President Karraker, Mr. Adams, Mr. Cleary, Mrs. Freeman, Mr. Mayer, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Moschel, Mr. Pogue. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, and, during part of the day, Mr. Frank M. Gordon, Treasurer, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, and Judge Sveinbjorn Johnson, University Counsel. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of February 11. 1938. On motion of Mr. Moschel, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 619 to 640 above. 641
