MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS November 10, 1937 The November meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 1937. When the Board convened, the following members were present: President Karraker, Mr. Adams, Mr. Mayer, Dr. Meyer, Mrs. Plumb, Mr. Pogue, Mr. Wieland; Mr. Cleary, Mrs. Freeman, and Mr. Moschel arrived a little later. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Judge Sveinbjorn Johnson, University Counsel, and Mr. C. S. Havens, Director of the Physical Plant Department. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of September 27 and October 15, 1937. On motion of Mr. Moschel, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 481 to 556 above. 557
