MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 30, 1936 The September meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 10:30 o'clock a.m. (Eastern Standard Time), on Wednesday, September 30, 1936. The following members were present: President Karraker, Mr. Barr, Mr. Barrett, Mr. Mayer, Mrs. Plumb, Mr. Williams. President Willard was present; also Mr. Janata, Professor Morey, Judge Johnson, and Mr. Havens. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of July 10, 1936; and, for record, of a meeting of the Executive Committee of July 21, 1936. On motion of Mr. Barrett, the minutes were approved and received for record as printed on pages 1 to 22 above. 23
