(38) The attention of the Board has already been called to the delays and difficulties encountered by University employees in securing adjudication of their claims for accident compensation by the State Court of Claims. Communications from the Court of Claims and the Attorney General indicate that the University's problem in this respect has not been solved by the legislation passed by the last regular session of the Fifty-Ninth General Assembly.
