MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS November 27, 1935 The November meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 1935. The following members were present: President Williams, Mr. Barrett, Mrs. Freeman, Mr. Karraker, Mr. Mayer, Dr. Meyer, Mrs. Plumb. President Willard was present; also Mr. Janata; and, during a portion of the day, Director Havens, Mr. Stouffer, Professor Morey, and Judge Johnson. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of October 25, ! 935. with the adjourned sessions of October 26 and November 1, x 935 >" also, for record, the minutes of a meeting of the Executive Committee of November 1, 1935. On motion of Mr. Karraker, the minutes were approved and received for record as printed on pages 431 to 468 above. 469
