MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 2 8 , 1 9 3 5 The September meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9 o'clock a.m. (Chicago time) on Saturday, September 28, 1935. The following members were present: President Williams, Mr. Barr, Mr. Barrett, Mrs. Freeman, Mr. Mayer, Dr. Meyer, Mrs. Plumb, Mr. Pogue. President Willard was present; also Mr. Janata, and, during part of the day, Professor Morey, Comptroller, and Judge Johnson, University Counsel. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of July 26, 1935. On motion of Mr. Barrett, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 259 to 388 above. 389
