BOARD OF TRUSTEES

[March 8

i. The Secretary of the Board of Trustees shall notify the Treasurer, the Comptroller, and the depository of all actions of the Board of Trustees or of the Finance Committee acting under authority of the Board, which involve the withdrawal of any securities on deposit which represent permanent funds of the University. 2. The depository shall be authorized, upon receipt of such advice from the Secretary of the Board of Trustees, to deliver to the Treasurer or to the Comptroller, or to the order of either of these officers, securities covered by such actions. O n motion of M r . Williams, this procedure w a s adopted. ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR PREMIUM ON TREASURER'S B O N D (6) A recommendation that an appropriation of $209.61 be made from the Reserve and Contingent Fund to supplement the appropriation of $2500 made by the Board on February 10, 1932, to pay the premium on the Treasurer's bond. The original amount was based on a one year's premium, but the bond has been issued for the term for which the Treasurer was elected, namely, to March II, 1933O n motion of M r .
